Meols Hall

A privately owned family home in Churchtown which has been in the Hesketh family for 27 generations. Afternoon teas are served along with guided tours of the house & gardens, including a recently restored 400 year old barn.

Atkinson Art Gallery

Located on Lord Street, Atkinson Art Gallery has fabulous permanent collections, including 19th and 20th centuries watercolors, and Victorian and twentieth century oil paintings.

Arts Centre

Located in the centre of Lord Street, next to both the Town Hall and Atkinson Art Gallery, is one of the Southport attractions.

Marine Lake

One of the largest man-made leisure pursuits lakes in England.Various watersports are available. You can also enjoy a leisurely paced cruise aboard this Mississippi style paddle steamer.

Model Railway Village

Lakeside Miniature Railway - been running since 95 years, and is the oldest continually running 15"Gauge (38.1cm) railway in the world. The children would enjoy spending their time watching following the model train moving around 1.5 acres of beautiful landscape.

Botanic Gardens Museum

Situated in the suburb village of Churchtown, Southport in Merseyside, it is often called 'The Jewel in the Crown'.

Southport Flower Show
